The Dream Program is an employee engagement initiative pioneered by CEO John Ratliff at Appletree Answers and inspired by The Dream Manager, a parable by Matthew Kelly. Think of it as a “Make-A-Wish” style program for employees: the company asks each employee to share one deeply-held personal dream or goal, then selects a few each year to fulfill for the employees.
